So glad my dad found Rock Steady KC! After being diagnosed with PD almost a year ago, Rock Steady has given him hope and improved his physical wellbeing. He loves the workouts and the friends he's made. So glad this place exists for people with PD.

The new facilities allow for an excellent exercise program to address the Parkinson's disease. The trainers are outstanding at providing a varied (not routing) program. They are really committed to helping everyone with Parkinson's.
